MODULES

The training consists of six modules, delivered in three sessions.
Each session will take place once a week, and lasts 7:30 hours including two short breaks and a lunch break in between:

In each module, you will receive a short theoretical framework and practical exercises. You will also be assigned practical exercises to work on between parts after each part.

You will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of all six modules.


The content of each module

    I. THE PRESENT AND FUTURE OF YOUR TRADITIONAL AND DIGITAL MARKETING

Many small and medium-sized companies start working on their marketing in a spontaneous and disorganized way, without clear goals and strategy. As a result, they often post uninteresting content on their social networks with no response. They just seem to want to be present and fervently hope that algorithms or artificial intelligence will do the work. But they won’t.

First and foremost, it’s important to know where your marketing stands at the moment to take it to the next level. After that, we take care of the great customer experience with every single contact with your company. It’s the experiences that potential customers remember, not the facts.
