Roberto Ganzerli is an experienced consultant specialising in M&A deals and business consultancy for LSPs. He has a focus on strategy planning and execution, financial control, and growth management, and has spent over 35 years in the language industry as a CEO and board member.

Gordana has been an Elia Board Director for two terms and continues to serve on the Elia Advisory Council.
Zoran was a speaker on advanced business communication and leadership at the Elia’s event on project management in Manchester in 2022.

ANETI, the National Association of Translation and Interpreting Companies, was founded in 2006 and today brings together more than 50 companies throughout Spain.
Zoran delivered the first workshop “Crucial Marketing Elements for LSPs” for the ANETI event series in March 2023. He explained how to develop a marketing strategy in practice and how to use marketing psychology effectively for LSP content marketing, website and social media.
